Senator Cathy Young congratulated (l-r) Pam Cooper, Ella Shields, Noelle Chamberlain, Pastor Marc Chamberlain, Gwen Cooper, Allegany County Vice Chairman Dwight Fanton, Aubri Edwards, and Bradley Cooper on the grand opening of Paw Impressions Animal Rescue in Wellsville on Saturday, May 19. Ms. Cooper opened the rescue shelter with a $50,000 grant she received from Pepsi.
