State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) was on hand at the ribbon cutting ceremony, held October 31st, officially recognizing Living Resources as a full service certified home care agency for 10 counties. Pictured with Dr. Fred Elrich, Senator Farley was also pleased to celebrate the organization's 25 years of assisting people with developmental disabilities in the Capital Region.
