State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting 4-H youth from Saratoga County on March 6th as they participated in the 4-H Capital Days Legislative Breakfast in Albany. Representatives from the 4-H program, under the direction of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County, included Gavin Alger of Middle Grove and Emma Briceland of Ballston Spa.
