State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting 4-H youth from Schenectady County on March 6th as they participated in the 4-H Capital Days Legislative Breakfast in Albany. Representatives from the 4-H program, under the direction of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schenectady County, included Chelsea Arndell of Delanson and Dan Hulseapple.
