State Senator John A. DeFrancisco attended the 60th Anniversary Celebration for the Greater Syracuse Area Chapter of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees.  He presented Chapter President Floyd Duger with a Citation during the event, held at Ernie Lakeland Cafe on September 13, 2012.
