Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured with Brandiss Pearson in front of Pearson's new home at 513 Hickory Street in Syracuse, on June 7, 2012. Ms. Pearson was able to buy the home through Home HeadQuarter's First Mortgage Guarantee Program for Syracuse home buyers. Home HeadQuarters held a First Mortgage Guarantee kick off celebration on June 7th.
