SPC. Sean Hudson, a veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, was awarded the Purple Heart on October 9, 2012. State Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured congratulating SPC. Hudson also received the Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terror Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Combat Infantry Badge.
