State Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured listening to Governor Cuomo during a press conference on August 3, 2012, regarding a new laboratory center at Cooper Crouse-Hinds in Syracuse. Crouse-Hinds won a near $300,000 dollar state grant to help it expand and develop modern LED lighting products. The grant was part of the Governor's economic development plan. Prior to the press conference, Senator DeFrancisco also took a tour of the lab.
