Senator DeFrancisco Participates in the Unveiling of the Paul Seymour Playground

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco helped dedicate the Paul Seymour Playground at Skiddy Park in Syracuse on May 17, 2012.  The playground is named after the captain of the 1955 NBA Championship Syracuse Nationals team, Paul Seymour.
