DeFrancisco is pictured with Jamesville-DeWitt High School principal Paul Gasparini.  On June 22, 2012, the Senator presented Mr. Gasparini with a New York State Senate Resolution for being named the "2012 High School Principal of the Year" by the School Administrators Associaiton of New York State.
