Senator DeFrancisco Recognizes World Karate Champion Chris Collins

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco recognized Karate Champion Christopher Collins with a resolution in Senate Chambers on June 13, 2012. Collins won a Gold Medal at the 2011 World Karate Championships.
