Senator DeFrancisco Speaks During the Northeast Jazz & Wine Festival Press Conference

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco, a long-time supporter of the arts, helped announce the 2012 Northeast Jazz & Wine Festival during a press conference at Jazz Central on June 26, 2012. The festival will take place in Syracuse's Clinton Square July 27-28th.
