State Senator John A. DeFrancisco shakes hands with construction workers at St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center on October 2, 2012.  The Senator joined Governor Andrew Cuomo for a tour of regional economic development projects.  Other stops included the Biotech Accelerator site, Inner Harbor and Connective Corridor.  Senator DeFrancisco is a member of the Governor's assessment team.
