Earlier this afternoon, I had the privilege to present the 2012 Human Service Courage Award to City of Rochester Police Officer Anthony DiPonzio. I also had the honor of nominating Anthony for the award for his dedication to our community and his amazing recovery and return to work after being shot in the line of duty in 2009.
