On Friday afternoon, I had the privilege to speak at the grand opening ceremony for Buckingham Properties new corporate office, located in Alexander Park at 259 Alexander Street. Founded in 1970, Buckingham Properties LLC is the largest and most diverse real estate development and property management company in the Rochester area. The company currently owns and manages more than 40 properties comprising over 8.5 million square feet of rental space in the Greater Rochester region.
