On Friday morning, I had the privilege to speak at the 2nd Annual Latino Student College Fair, which was held at City Hall. The fair offered students from the City of Rochester School District to meet with officials from local colleges and business organizations. Great job by Albert Algarin, Jr. and your entire committee on this wonderful event! Here I photographer with Alondra Ramos, who was the recipient of the Dr. Emeterio M. Otero Academic Excellence Award.
