On Saturday morning, I had the privilege to attend a press conference at UA Local 13 Plumbers and Pipefitters for the announcement of Project Heat's On 2012. This annual project is sponsored by Plumbers Pipefitters & HVAC Service Techs UA Local 13 and Mechanical Contractors Association.
