Rochester Educational Opportunity Center Opens

(Rochester, N.Y.) - On Thursday, July 19th, I had the privilege to speak at, and take part in, the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Rochester Educational Opportunity Center (REOC). The new state-of-the-art building includes modern classrooms, a healthcare lab, a cosmetology salon, and a bistro.
