Last night, I had the privilege to attend a reception to welcome the new president and CEO of Veterans Outreach Center, Col. Gary Yaple. Veterans Outreach Center is an independent community-centered non-profit providing premier one-stop supportive services to veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.
