154 Guns Off Our Streets, 11 Individuals Indicted for the Sale of Illegal Firearms

Congratulations and thanks to Kings County DA Charles Hynes and NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly on yesterday’s indictment of 11 individuals for the sale of 154 illegal guns. Six of the guns were used to commit crimes in New York City, including two shootings in Brooklyn.
The result of this year-long investigation shows how extensive the illegal gun enterprise is and the damage it has on our communities. I commend DA Hynes, Commissioner Kelly and the NYPD officers involved for a job well done.
