Geneva- New York State Senator Mike Nozzolio helped to cut the ribbon at the ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new Tops Friendly Markets store in Geneva.  Senator Nozzolio spoke about their importance to the economy of our Finger Lakes region and congratulated them on their continued success.
