Seneca Castle- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke at the Seneca Castle Volunteer Fire Department’s annual banquet that was held in conjunction with the Stanley and Hall Fire Departments. Senator Nozzolio presented a formal New York State Resolution that was adopted by the State Senate to honor Charles “Bud” Smith for his 50 years of dedicated service to the Seneca Castle Volunteer Fire Department.
