Senator Nozzolio honors Phelps Firefighter and EMS Provider of the Year

Phelps- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke at the Phelps Fire Department and Ambulance annual banquet where he presented a special New York State Resolution that he enacted to recognize Ryan Falkey upon his designation by the Phelps Fire Department as Firefighter and EMS Provider of the Year.
