Palmyra- Senator Mike Nozzolio and Assemblyman Bob Oaks recently presented members of Michael Murphy's family with a special New York State Resolution that they enacted in the New York State Legislature to honor Michael posthumously for his dedication and commitment to his community. The presentation was made prior to the start of the Palmyra Canal Town Days parade.
