Romulus- I recently spoke at Romulus Central School where I presented a special New York State Resolution to teacher Brian Heffron in recognition of his heroic action in saving the life of 4^th grader Hannah Goldberg. On September 22,2011, Brian successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver on Hannah and was able to dislodge food that was caught in her throat and was preventing her from breathing.
