Senator Ritchie Joins Local Leaders to Sign the “Army Community Covenant”

State Senator Patty Ritchie joined Army, national, state and local leaders for the signing of the “Army Community Covenant,” at a ceremony held at Watertown’s Salmon Run Mall.

Created in 2008 by the Secretary of the Army, the Army Community Covenant program was designed to foster and sustain effective state and community partnerships with the Army to improve the quality of life for soldiers and their families.
