Olean Rotary Club member Rich Esposito and President Kathy Burch present Senator Young with a certificate signifying the donation made in her honor to the End Polio Now, Rotary Foundation. Senator Young was the keynote speaker for their recent monthly meeting, speaking about how to keep jobs in New York and grow the economy.
