Click the link below to read a letter Assemblywoman Jane Corwin and I recently sent to Governor Andrew Cuomo regarding our efforts to protect the quality of life in Middleport. 

Our letter is critical of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation’s over-zealous calls for property remediation, and it asks the Governor to intervene on behalf of our community.
