Farley (R, C, I- Schenectady) had the pleasure of meeting the New York State Dairy Princess, Courtney Luskin of Hoosic Valley High School in Rensselaer County, on March 4th in Albany. Part of Courtney's role is promoting milk and dairy products in New York State. Also pictured is Senator Kathleen Marchione.
