State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) had the pleasure of presenting a New York State Senate Citation to Trooper Sean Wells of Ballston Spa upon his graduation from the New York State Police Academy on May 29th at the Empire State Plaza. Trooper Wells was among a class of some 200 graduates.
