Senator DeFrancisco Helps Announce a Competitive Grant Program for Community Land Banks

On June 26, 2013, State Senator John A. DeFrancisco joined New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for a press conference on Marcellus Street in Syracuse to announce a plan that would give $20 million to community land banks, so cities can turn vacant properties over to new owners.
