Senator DeFrancisco Helps Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Jewish Community Center

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco helped celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Jewish Community Center of Syracuse by presenting the organization with a legislative resolution on June 6, 2013, at Traditions in East Syracuse.
