State Senator John A. DeFrancisco attended the Owasco Watershed Lake Association's annual lake day at Emerson Park on June 26, 2013.  Senator DeFrancisco, along with Senator Michael Nozzolio and Assemblyman Gary Finch, presented organizers with a legislative resolution recognizing the Owasco Watershed Lake Association's 25th Anniversary.
