Senator DeFrancisco Presents Reginald Dennis with a Senate Resolution

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco presented Reginald Dennis with a Senate Resolution in Albany on March 6, 2013. Mr. Dennis was the recipient of the New York Association for Continuing/Community Education 2013 Student of the Year Award.
