Senator DeFrancisco Reads to Children at the Skaneateles Library

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco had a great time reading to children at the Skaneateles Library on August 1, 2013. Senator DeFrancisco has been visiting local libraries throughout the summer to promote literacy.
