State Senator John A. DeFrancisco was honored to receive an award for his long-time support of mental health issues at the NAMI Syracuse Children's Conference on May 15, 2013.  NAMI is a not-for-profit organization of active and concerned families and friends of people who suffer from serious and persistent psychiatric illness.
