On December 5, 2013, State Senator John A. DeFrancisco presented a Citation to Lawrence Apgar and James Oliver of Robertson Strong Apgar to recognize the firm for marking 50 years of business. RSA Architects is a Syracuse based architecture firm specializing in office, educational, university and church projects.  Most recently, RSA received national recognition for the renovation of Dr. Weeks School in Syracuse.
