Senator DeFrancisco Recognizes Sandra Martin Upon Her Retirement

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco presented Sandra Martin with a legislative resolution on August 1, 2013, to honor Martin for her dedicated service. Sandra Martin retired from Home Aides of Central New York, after serving as the organization’s president for 23 years.
