State Senator John A. DeFrancisco took an informational tour of the Seward House Historic Museum on Friday, August 9th.  During the 19th century, William Henry Seward served as a New York State Senator and Governor, a United States Senator, and Secretary of State in the President Lincoln and Johnson administrations.
