State Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured with a group of health care perfusionist students from SUNY Upstate Medical University. Senator DeFrancisco toured the facility and observed a clinical demonstration on September 11, 2013. Senator DeFrancisco is seated next to a cardiovascular perfusion simulator, which provides students with hands-on learning experience.
