State Senator John A. DeFrancisco helped honor all of the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces, by participating in Memorial Day events throughout Onondaga County and in Auburn.  Senator DeFrancisco is pictured speaking during the Butterfly Garden of HOPE Remembrance Ceremony, at which he presented a legislative resolution marking the 35th anniversary of HOPE for the Bereaved.
