Senator Bonacic Attends Event Honoring Judge E. Michael Kavanagh

On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, Senator Bonacic attended an event to honor the public service of Judge Kavanagh.  Judge Kavanagh served a dedicated career as a District Attorney in Ulster County and a Supreme Court Justice of the Appellate Division, Third Department.
