Governor Cuomo Discusses 2013-2014 NYS Budget

Yesterday, I welcomed Governor Cuomo to Rochester, who was in town to discuss the 2013-2014 New York State Budget. The legislature recently passed a third straight on time budget. The budget cuts taxes, reduces government spending, and creates jobs for the hard working men and women in our community.
