With a cold breeze coming off of Lake Ontario, I joined Mayor Tom Richards and other colleagues in government to break ground at the Port of Rochester Marina project in the Charlotte community. This is an exciting project that will attract people from throughout our community to the Charlotte area. As a native of Charlotte, I know what a great community it is, and all that it has to offer for residents and visitors alike. Many thanks to all who have helped to make this project a reality.
