The St. John Fisher College Wegmans School of Nursing held a ribbon cutting for its new Simulation Center this afternoon. This new facility will allow SJFC nursing students to practice patient treatment on a simulated patient, while giving them hands-on experience in providing patient care. I was pleased to be able to help secure funding for this new facility, which will serve as yet another healthcare asset to the Rochester community.
