Unshackle Upstate New ERA Press Conference

I was proud to be on hand as Unshackle Upstate introduced their New ERA Five Point Plan for Upstate this morning. This plan outlines ways to combat high unemployment rates and burdensome taxes. My colleagues in the NYS Senate and I have already included some of these points in last year's Blueprint for Jobs Plan, and look forward to working with Unshackle Upstate to continue to renew job growth and business development in New York State.
