This weekend, I joined hundreds at the Walk to Defeat ALS at Ontario Beach Park. Every 90 minutes, someone is diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig's disease. This walk helped to raise money for the ALS Association in an effort to help find a cure for this horrible disease.
