On Saturday, Feb 23, Senator Martin Malave Dilan's office will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., to assist district seniors who wish to file IT-214 and NYC-210 tax credit forms.

IT-214 is a real property tax credit for homeowners and renters. You must have an income under $18,000, a home with a market value of $85,000 or less or a rent of $450 or less. You can even get this tax credit retroactively for the last three years.

City of New York School Tax Credit (NYC-210) is available to all New York City residents who don’t file taxes. A single person can receive $62.50 and a married couple $125.
