Senator Nozzolio presents New York State Resolution to Owasco Watershed Lake Association

Owasco- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke at the 6^th annual Owasco Lake Day event where he joined Senator John DeFrancisco and Assemblyman Gary Finch in presenting a special New York State Resolution to honor the Owasco Watershed Lake Association (OWLA) on their 25^th anniversary. Senator Nozzolio praised the organization for its efforts in helping restore the water quality of Owasco Lake and the surrounding watershed.
