Seneca Falls- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently presented Vince Caraccilo with a special New York State Resolution recognizing his designation by the St. Anthony Italian Festival Commission as the recipient of the 2013 Father Beatini Memorial Award. The Father Beatini Memorial Award is given out annually to a citizen of Italian heritage that has contributed to their community and has furthered the Italian culture and heritage
